Gavys – lake in eastern Lithuania, Ignalina district, about 1 km southwest of Ignalina. The western part of the lake enters the National Park of Aukštaitija. Lake Gavio length from west to east 2,5 km, width 1.3 km. Altitude 153.5 years. Distance up to 56 years. The beaches are not high, growing in the west of the forest (Palūšės forest). In the northern part there are bays and peninsula. There are 3 small forest halls (0,84 ha, 0,18 ha and 0,13 ha).
